A GOOD NAME IS RATHER TO BE CHOSEN THAN RICHES
(PROVERBS 22:1)
Daddy, the above caption is what you stood for. You were a true example of what it means to be a good person. Peaceful, straightforward, generous, gentle, and humble. You gave us the best in all spheres of life. You were a father indeed, not only to your biological children but to your extended family and community at large.
Your kindness, wisdom and sense of honour enriched countless lives.
Your birth brought Christianity, education, and light to the Tombia community. Values you upheld culminating in establishing the prestigious Ayama Montessori Nursery, Primary and secondary school. A thousand pages will not contain all your outstanding achievements and the lives you impacted positively.
Above all, you encountered God in diverse ways through dreams, visions, and miracles throughout your amazing life, articulated beautifully and poetically in your masterpiece.
“Background Report” book.
Adding to these beautiful encounters, you fulfilled scriptures, which made our joy complete. Heb: 9: 27 – (Man is appointed but once to die and after judgement) was our favourite scripture shared. Our daily anthem was from Psalm 91:16 (The Lord satisfy you with long life and show you his salvation). We cannot forget how glorious our all night was with you in Tombia 2008 when Sis Blessing Eminah and I visited and Acts 16:26 played out.
You embraced Jesus as your “Personal” Lord and Saviour in the presence of your Children – Hubert, Domo, Chima, Tonye and Brother Emeka Mordi – when this entourage visited you at Tombia in 2006. To further strengthen your faith, the Lord in 2015 spectacularly delivered you as you outlined in Chapter 13, Rescue and Restoration, in the “Background Report”. Since then, your life was never the same. Shortly after, you spent time with us in Port Harcourt in 2021 and worshipped with the Potter’s Fellowship brethren, where you testified joyfully of God’s goodness and faithfulness.
Daddy, God rewarded you with long life. You lived long to a ripe old age of 98 years. You lived well and ended well!!
We love you so much, Daddy, and your legacies will forever be in our hearts. Though the pain is deep, today we celebrate LIFE!
Rest in the bosom of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Your daughter.
TONYE ANYIM.
TRIBUTE TO MY BELOVED “IFOI”
When I joined this family, you welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like one of your own. I can never forget how you always addressed me lovingly as “ifio number 5”
Your wisdom, guidance, and encouragement have been invaluable, and I have learned so much from your life experiences. Your love and gentleness set an excellent example for all of us.
Thank you for the many memories we shared, and I am truly blessed to have had you as my father-in-love.
You were a true inspiration, and you lived a peaceful life.
To say you will be missed is an understatement.
Rest in the bosom of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Your son in love.

TRIBUTE TO OUR GRANDDADDY
Granddad was a remarkable person who touched the lives of many people around him. He was a kind, caring, and compassionate individual.
He had a wealth of knowledge and wisdom that he was always happy to share. He deeply loved his family and was always there for us.
He may no longer be with us, but his spirit will always be present in our hearts and minds and those who know him.
May he rest in peace, and may his memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.
Your Grandchildren.
TOCHI, JOSHUA, CHIAMAKA, TIMOTHY.
